What Is Manifest Rx?

Manifest Rx is a prescription medication service that gives Lyndsay Health members access to a formulary of more than 1,000 generic medications at no additional cost.

That's right. Many of the medications you take regularly may already be covered through your membership.

Whether you're managing blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, thyroid conditions, or other common health concerns, there may be a generic medication available through the program.

Eligible medications can be delivered directly to your home, making it easier to stay on track with your treatment without making another trip to the pharmacy.

How Does It Work?

It's simple!

When we prescribe a medication that is included in the Manifest Rx formulary, we can send your prescription to the program for fulfillment.

Your eligible medications are then shipped directly to your home, with no additional medication or delivery cost to you.

There's no need to stand in line at the pharmacy, and no surprise copay for medications covered by the program.

Your Member Portal, Powered by Revive

Members also have access to an online portal powered by Revive.

Through this portal, you can conveniently:

• Request refills of your eligible medications.
• Manage your prescription needs.
• Access your Urgent Medication Card for certain prescriptions that need to be filled locally.

What About Medications You Need Right Away?

Sometimes you simply can't wait for a medication to arrive in the mail.

That's where the Urgent Medication Card comes in!

Through your Revive member portal, you can access a card that allows certain eligible urgent medications to be filled at participating local pharmacies at no additional cost.

This can be especially helpful when you need treatment for an unexpected illness or another condition that requires medication right away.

Not every medication is eligible, so be sure to check the program's covered medication list.

Your Specialists Can Prescribe Through Manifest Rx, Too!

Here's another benefit many members may not realize.

Manifest Rx isn't limited to prescriptions written by Lyndsay Health.

If you're seeing a cardiologist, endocrinologist, dermatologist, or another specialist, that provider can also send eligible prescriptions directly to Manifest Rx.

This means you can potentially save money on medications prescribed by providers outside our office as well!

Simply let your specialist know that you have access to Manifest Rx through your Lyndsay Health membership and provide them with the appropriate electronic prescribing information.
