What this site collects
This website collects only what you type into its two forms: your name, email, phone number, how you prefer to be reached, and, for employers, your company name and team size. That is the whole list. Please don't put medical or health information in a form; we'll talk about your health in person or through the patient platform, never through this website.
Where form submissions go
When you submit a form, your answers are stored in Google Cloud Firestore. The public website can create a submission but cannot read one back. G-Let Creative operates the website for Lyndsay Health. A private Google Apps Script checks for new submissions, and Google MailApp sends them to the clinic's email. Authorized G-Let personnel may access submissions only to operate, troubleshoot, export, or delete them for Lyndsay Health.
How long form submissions are kept
Ordinary inquiries may be kept while G-Let operates the website so Lyndsay Health has a secure backup and can receive a complete export. Test submissions are deleted after they are checked. If someone puts health information in a form, the conversation is moved to the clinic's approved system and G-Let-controlled copies are deleted. When G-Let stops managing the site, Lyndsay Health receives the inquiry export and G-Let-controlled copies are deleted within 30 days after the handoff is confirmed.
Security, cookies, and tracking
This site uses Google Firebase App Check with reCAPTCHA Enterprise to help distinguish genuine website requests from automated abuse. When that protection is active, reCAPTCHA sets a necessary _GRECAPTCHA cookie for risk analysis, and Firebase may use local browser storage to cache a short-lived security token. The site keeps a simple tally of page views (the page name and a timestamp, nothing about who you are), and beyond that there are no analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site trackers. We never sell your information, and we never share it for advertising.
Server logs
Like nearly every website, our hosting provider, Google Firebase Hosting, may process technical request information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested to deliver and protect the service. Google's applicable terms and retention practices govern that provider data.
Enrollment happens elsewhere
Enrollment begins on Atlas.md, a separate platform. When you click a join button, you leave this site and Atlas.md's own privacy policy applies. If you email nikki@lyndsayhealth.com or call or text (863) 220-7229, that communication is also handled by the clinic's email and phone providers. Do not send medical or health information through this website's contact forms.
How we protect it, and your choices
Access to submissions is limited through account controls. To request access, correction, or deletion, email nikki@lyndsayhealth.com. Requests will be handled according to applicable law and clinic policy.
