Important membership details
Membership includes unlimited visits and direct provider access. Some tests, medications, laboratory services, radiology, and sleep studies may have separate negotiated cash prices.
Federal HSA rules for some direct primary care arrangements changed in 2026. Ask your tax or benefits adviser whether your coverage and this membership qualify.
How enrollment works
Enrollment begins on Atlas.md. When you press an enrollment button, you'll see lyndsayhealth.atlas.md in your browser's address bar. Atlas is a separate platform with its own membership terms and privacy policy.
A membership with Lyndsay Health is not health insurance and does not replace coverage for hospital, emergency, or specialist care.
